As Chartered Management Accountants our primary focus is on working with and improving your business looking forwards, and not carrying out historical audits. ACS Accounting therefore does not provide auditing services and instead can prepare an annual Accountants report for limited companies with a turnover of up to £5.6 million (for financial years ending on or after 30 March 2004) provided that the directors have opted not have its accounts audited. This is a report that must comply with current accounting standards and the Companies Act, and is suitable for filing at Companies House. Should your company have a turnover in excess of £5.6 million, we will prepare the accounts and then arrange for them to be audited by a third party
