• Our prices are always fixed in advance; you will never get an unexpected bill from us.

• The fee we quote for the normal annual accountancy services also includes all routine minor work that crops up during the year as well as phone support.

• If you ask us to undertake a large amount of additional work beyond the scope of what we agreed, we will give you a fixed price for that in advance also. If we don’t tell you up front what the cost is, you won’t be charged a penny for the work.

• Fees are offered at the level we expect to charge year in, year out, for the work required, subject to normal inflation. We do not quote low in the first year to get the work and then hike the fees up in future years.
